Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return a product, please read the following information before submitting a return request.

Change-of-mind returns

We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the product must:

• Be unused and unfitted
• Be in new and resalable condition
• Not have been scratched, damaged or modified
• Be returned with its original packaging where reasonably possible

Products that have been fitted, installed, scratched, damaged or otherwise used are not eligible for a change-of-mind return.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning a product for a change-of-mind return.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will refund the purchase price of the product. Original delivery charges are not normally refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

If your product arrives damaged, is faulty, or we have supplied the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where the problem is our responsibility, we will work with you to resolve the issue and will cover reasonable return shipping costs where a return is required.

Please provide details and, where appropriate, photographs of the problem so that we can assess the issue.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.

International returns

Our return policy applies to international orders as well as orders within New Zealand. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product to New Zealand.

For faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs where the issue is our responsibility.

Your rights under applicable consumer protection laws are not affected by this policy. Where local law provides additional rights or remedies, those rights will apply.
